Payment Methods
Payment for the products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Alltimedeals.
Credit CardsWe accept all major credit cards, including Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. Please be sure to provide the exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card issuer has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Company Checks We accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks (For personal checks there is a 10 business day waiting period for the checks to clear), in U.S. dollars only (no Canadian Money Orders excepted). Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We reserve the right to charge a fee on all returned checks. Purchase orders for net terms, with bank and credit reference, require prior approval.
Shipping Methods and Rates
At the present time, we only ship to the Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

We currently use UPS as our main carrier . US Mail options are used for PO Boxes, and APO/FPO orders. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are offered the choices of 2 Day Air or 1 Day Air Canadian orders are offered the choices of Standard or Rush shipping.
Return Policy
You may return any unopened New product within 15 days of your receipt of product, for an exchange or credit. Shipping and handling charges are Non refundable. All returns must have an RMA Number, and subject to a 15% restocking fee.
After 15 days, please contact the manufacturer directly for, Technical Support, Warranty information, Product Manuals or Repair Locations.
All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without a RMA number. Please provide the following information when calling or emailing for a RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and the nature of the problem.

No returns or exchanges on special ordered items, TV's , Air Conditioners, Monitors 25" and larger, or items that require assembly once assembled.
You may return all defective products direct to All Time Deals. Com (after receiving an RMA#) for credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt of item. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging.
All products to be returned must be received within 30 days from the date of receipt shipment, 100% complete, in BRAND NEW condition, and must include original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories provided by the manufacturer. "No returns will be accepted if the manufacturers box and/or packaging material is missing"
Place the manufacturer's box into a shipping carton. Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package. Ship to us pre-paid. For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
If a package is returned missing any of the manufacturers supplied accessories or there is obvious damage or visible wear and tear to the unit All Time Deals. Com reserves the right to refuse the return, or charge you a restocking fee of not less than 15%.
Shipping and Handling Charges are NOT refundable.
Customers refusing a shipment without written authorization from All Time Deals.Com will not be credited.
If any of the above conditions are not met, AllTimeDeals reserves the right either to refuse the return or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies
The information on this site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). All pictures are for illustration purposes. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, product picture, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

All personnel with access to personal information are aware of our policies. Any breach of policy may result in immediate dismissal of the offending employee.
If you decide to submit your email address to us in order to receive a price quote you may be assured that you will not receive separate emails from other marketers as a result. All inquiries are used for a one-time purpose only.
